COVERAGE DETAILS

Any part that falls within any of the following categories (for your vehicle type) that experiences a breakdown during the contract term will be covered. Exceptions apply for any parts specifically excluded throughout the contract and/or listed in the exclusions section of the contract. Regardless of vehicle type, seals and gaskets will be covered on NEW Vehicles ONLY. Alterations/Modifications to the Vehicle that are NOT authorized by its manufacturer are strictly prohibited under the terms and conditions of the contract.

ATV / UTV / MOPED / SCOOTER/THREE WHEELER / MOTORCYCLE

(ON-ROAD & OFF-ROAD MODELS)

Engine, water pump, transmission, primary drive, final drive, secondary drive, drive axle assembly (shaft driven powersport vehicles), lubricating system, cooling system, suspension (front and rear), steering, braking system, anti–lock brake system (ABS), electrical system, charging system, gauges, fuel system, oil injection, torque converter, turbocharger, chain case, global positioning system (GPS), radio/cassette/CD player, and fluids/fasteners for the above listed component categories.

SNOWMOBILE

Engine, primary drive, secondary drive, cooling system, suspension (front and rear), steering, braking system, electrical system, gauges, fuel system, oil injection, chain case, global positioning system (GPS), and fluids/fasteners for the above listed component categories.

PERSONAL WATERCRAFT

Engine, engine cooling, drive line system, jet drive/pump system, lubricating system, steering, electrical system, charging system, gauges, fuel system, oil injection, turbo/supercharger (OEM installed ONLY), controls, and fluids/fasteners for the above listed component categories.

GOLF CART

Engine, transmission, primary drive, final drive, secondary drive, drive axle assembly, (shaft driven powersports vehicles), lubricating system, cooling system, suspension (front and rear), steering, braking system, electrical system, charging system, gauges, fuel system, oil injection, global positioning system (GPS), radio/cassette/CD player,, and fluids/fasteners for the above listed component categories.

EV BATTERY COVERAGE

In the event of an EV battery breakdown of your electric vehicle, EV battery coverage will be included, along with the coverage stated for your vehicle type.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS

In addition to the vehicle, coverage will be extended to the brake and frame components of any trailer that will be used to transport the vehicle. To qualify, the trailer must be purchased with the vehicle.

SURCHARGE COVERAGE

The Optional Touring Package includes coverage for the: Intercom/CB Radio, Sidecar Hardware, Travel Trunks, Saddle Bags, and Towed Trailer (brake and frame components ONLY). The Towed Trailer ONLY qualifies for coverage if it is being pulled by the covered Vehicle at the time of the Breakdown. Plus this package also increases the benefit amounts for several Ancillary Benefits.

ANCILLARY BENEFITS

EMERGENCY ROADSIDE AND TOWING SERVICE

Every Vehicle Service Contract includes 24/7 nationwide sign & drive emergency roadside assistance, if your vehicle has experienced a breakdown or vehicle disablement and you need the following:

  • Towing

  • Jumpstart

  • Flat tire change (with inflated spare)

  • Fluid delivery

LOST KEY REPLACEMENT REIMBURSEMENT:

In the event the key that operates your vehicle is lost, you may be reimbursed for a replacement.

RENTAL CAR/ALTERNATIVE TRANSPORTATION:

In the event your vehicle is kept overnight for a covered repair/service, you are eligible for a rental car or alternative transportation reimbursement. Alternative transportation includes a taxi, car service, rideshare (such as Uber and Lyft, etc.), train, or bus.

TRIP INTERRUPTION:

If your vehicle breaks down more than 100miles from your home, you will be reimbursed for lodging and meals (on road motorcycles and three wheelers only).

EMERGENCY RESCUE:

In the event of a breakdown or vehicle disablement off road or away from shore, you may be reimbursed for vehicle/passenger retrieval.

PICK-UP & DELIVERY:

In the event of a breakdown resulting in a covered repair/service for your vehicle, you will be reimbursed for charges you incur relating to the pick–up of your vehicle and its deliver y to a repair facility.
